Denture Stabilisation
Placing implants in your jawbone and retrofitting your current dentures is known as denture restabilising.
Once you are determined to be a good candidate for dental implants, your dentist will place two to four implants in both your upper and lower jaws and add snap-on attachments to your dentures. These attachments fix on to your implants, holding your dentures firmly in place.
You will no longer require denture adhesive, your dentures won’t feel loose, and your chewing capability will improve. You will still be able to remove your dentures as needed for cleaning and disinfecting.
